I always strive to learn quickly, communicate efficiently, and work together in a team environment to ensure that all customers have the best possible experience when using company services.

My UX Journey
Getting Into UX
I have always had a very empathetic personality and love helping people. So when I found out what user experience was and that it combines uncovering problems and designing them to become better, I became so excited about the possibilities. Immediately I wanted to know and learn everything I could about UX!

Working In UX
I've been lucky enough to work in the UX field for over 5 years at different companies. I have grown immensely as a UX designer starting as an intern, moving into a Junior UX position, and ultimately becoming a UX designer/researcher and go-to person for research methodologies and creating easy-to-use designs. I love constantly learning UX trends and trying new methods to help uncover issues with websites and/or services.

Future Plans
The idea of getting better and better in the UX field and working on really meaningful projects is what drives me forward in the industry. In the future, I would love to keep joining exciting UX teams and working on specific projects I haven't dipped my toes in yet. The idea of picking a research method, creating that plan, executing the research, gathering findings, and designing something fresh really makes me excited when I think of my UX possibilities moving forward.
